The dealer deals 11 cards to each player. The player to the left of the dealer is dealt 12 cards. This player starts the game by choosing a card to discard.

In all cases you can have more cards in your sets or runs before laying down

After you lay your runs and sets down for each hand, you can then play any remaining cards in your hand on anyone else's cards that are down. Any wild card in a run can be replaced with the actual card, then move the wild card up or down in the run. When a run is full from Ace through 3, that run is dead and cannot be played on.

3-9 count 5 points each
10-K count 10 points each
Aces count 20 points each
2's count 20 points each
Jokers count 50 points each

After playing all hands the person with the lowest total is the winner
